AUTOMATED EYELET INSERTION

• Nine pneumatic eyelet insertion machines model 83 Edward Segal, Inc.
• Production up to 50,000 buttons with eyelet inserted per shift, 100 cpm
• Barrel diameters from .091” to .375” with a flange diameter of .438”
• Accommodates all shapes of eyelets: round, oval and square
• Single and multiple eyelet settings with materials pre-punched where the eyelet cuts its own hole
• Model 83 works with many other products including threaded inserts, nuts or other unique parts that can be oriented to feed and picked off through a center hole
